His demonstrated track record of managing complex claims, delivering concierge-level client service, and increasing customer satisfaction enhances CCIG’s ability to advocate for clients throughout each step of the claims process. As the Director of Claims, Chris leads CCIG’s efforts in claims consulting and management, as well as loss analysis. He is also strongly committed to supporting and empowering his team to expand their knowledge and capabilities.
