The claim process can be time-consuming, complicated and disruptive to your business. CCIG serves as a liaison between your company and the insurance carrier. Need to File a Claim?

If you experience a loss, the following steps will help you report your claim directly to your insurance carrier:

  1. Locate your policy number, if possible.
  2. Contact the carrier directly at the number listed on your policy or by accessing the after-hours insurance claim telephone numbers provided below.
  3. Notify your CCIG service team member of your claim on the next available business day so that we can work with your insurance carrier to ensure all of your needs are met.

Still need additional information about what to do next? The following steps are provided to help prevent further loss.

If you have experienced a loss which involves property, please take the necessary steps to keep damages to a minimum. Steps may include boarding up windows, securing valuables and exercising all reasonable means to protect, safeguard and salvage property. Keep all of your receipts and do not undertake any actual repairs until you have spoken with a claims adjustor.

Property Loss Notice Form

If you have experienced a loss which renders your vehicle undriveable or serious bodily injury is involved, obtain the name, address and phone number for all parties involved, and report the incident to the police if necessary. Secure photos of the area, if possible, and have your vehicle moved to the nearest secure storage lot. If you are unsure of rental car benefits, inquire when reporting your claim.

Automobile Loss Notice Form

If someone, other than an employee, has been injured on your property, obtain the name, address and phone number for all parties involved, including witnesses. Secure photos of the area, if possible. Do not speak with anyone other than CCIG, local authorities or your insurance carrier.
