With more than 14 years of experience advising high-net-worth individuals and families, Andy offers his clients extensive experience and a customized approach to developing comprehensive insurance programs.Andy focuses on assessing, evaluating, and identifying insurance options designed to meet each client’s specialized needs. He collaborates with wealth managers, family offices, estate attorneys, and other advisors to create and manage insurance, asset protection, and risk management programs for successful individuals and families. His background allows him to provide tailored advice to families with unique and complex insurance needs, including assets abroad, high-value homes, yachts/mega-yachts, and comprehensive liability management for families with multiple entities, including Trusts, LLCs, and Corps.Andy is passionate about educating his clients on insurance coverage and wealth protection strategies. His consultative approach gives clients the information and insight they need to make strong, informed decisions about their options. With long-term client and partner relationships across the country, he understands how to structure insurance solutions that appropriately manage risk while offering optimal protection.

Before joining CCIG, Andy served high-net-worth clients at AIG, ACE Private Risk Services, and Chubb. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of Iowa. Outside of work, Andy enjoys fly fishing and golfing.
Will Steck

Will Steck
Senior Vice President, Partner

As a Senior Vice President, Partner in CCIG’s Private Client Group, Will offers in-depth industry insights and strategic guidance to his clients as they navigate their unique insurance needs.Will’s experience in competitive hockey inspired him to pursue a career in offering tailored insurance solutions to professional athletes and individuals in the sports industry. Not only does he understand the professional athlete mindset, but he also knows how to create design-build solutions to meet their complex financial planning and risk management needs. Will also supports high-net-worth clients outside the professional sports arena and is a trusted partner to financial planners, attorneys, wealth managers, and more.His experience in high-end hospitality in the hotel and restaurant industries also enhances his ability to forge long-lasting client relationships founded on strong communication, unmatched service, and his personal blend of approachability and industry expertise.

Will has a bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication from Michigan State University and is a licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Broker. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs. He also is the Head Coach of the University of Denver Men’s Club Hockey Team.

With nearly a decade of insurance experience, Marr brings in-depth knowledge and insight to his role as a Personal Insurance Advisor with CCIG’s Private Client Group.Marr is passionate about building strong relationships and finding tailored solutions to meet the needs of high-net-worth individuals and families. He works closely with wealth managers, family offices, and other trusted advisors to provide comprehensive advice on complex assets, including high-value homes in catastrophe-prone areas, unique collections, and more.With access to a variety of high-net-worth insurance carriers, Marr crafts custom-fit comprehensive personal insurance programs with optimal protection. His consultative approach and commitment to top-level service allow him to cultivate collaborative relationships and serve as a trusted advisor to his clients. By providing education and insight, he empowers his clients to make educated insurance decisions to protect their assets today and in the future.

Outside of work, he is an avid skier, enjoys playing basketball and volleyball, and loves spending time outdoors with his dog, Juno.
