ENGLEWOOD, COLO. – CCIG, one of the nation’s fastest-growing independent insurance and employee benefits brokerages, today announced that John Ikalowych has joined the firm as an Insurance Advisor. CCIG employs nearly 100 insurance professionals and operates in all 50 states, serving over 7,500 clients worldwide.
With deep experience in commercial banking and as a business owner, John will focus in part on helping CCIG clients in their risk and insurance due diligence as part of any merger and acquisition activity.
CCIG’s risk and insurance due diligence services allow companies and investors to evaluate the adequacy of their target’s risk and insurance programs as well as identifying areas of exposure or hidden liabilities.
Prior to joining CCIG, John spent 15 years in senior roles at a number of banks including CoBiz Financial. While there, he co-founded the Colorado C-Suite Collaborative, an organization where C-level executives could share best practices, network and become a resource to their industry peers.
John’s experience also includes serving as the president of one of Colorado’s largest paintless dent-removal companies, HailCo.
A graduate of Franciscan University of Steubenville in Ohio, John has served on the executive committee of the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, the leadership board of the Center for Work Education and Employment, an anti-poverty organization, and as a board member of the Big Idea Project, a group that helps develop future leaders.
