Update #1 – Uninterrupted Service: A Special Note to Our Clients

To our valued clients:

As we continue to closely monitor COVID-19 news, we are reaching out to share with you the steps CCIG is taking to ensure uninterrupted service to meet your insurance, risk management and benefits needs.

Our office at the moment remains open and fully operational. Should the need arise, CCIG has made significant investments in technology so that our staff can work remotely. If CCIG needs to transition to a full-time, work-from-home schedule, we have a plan in place and can ensure you that our staff has the proper communication tools to be responsive to your business needs throughout any potential shutdowns or quarantines that may be scheduled.

As a team, we do not take the health of our employees and community lightly. We’ve stocked up on cleaning supplies, implemented sanitizing policies for our work areas and are closely following guidance issued by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and other state and local authorities.

Most importantly, please know our focus, dedication and support for each of you is unwavering as we navigate this situation together.
