Update #2 – CARES Act Guides to Help You Navigate Ahead

The programs and initiatives in the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security, or CARES, Act that was just passed by Congress are intended to assist business owners with some of the financial needs they’re facing at the moment.

Here are two guides that will help you navigate through the situation.

• The CARES Act Flow Chart. This document walks through the Paycheck Protection Program and the EIDL grants. It highlights the differences and addresses the key areas of each program.
• The Small Business Owners Guide to the CARES Act.  This document offers a more in-depth explanation of how the CARES Act works with very helpful Q&A. It includes links for further information on many of the areas addressed.
