GREENWOOD VILLAGE, COLO. – CCIG has done it again, winning recognition as one of the top independent insurance brokerages in the U.S.
CCIG was one of more than 1,500 agencies nominated for the Best Practices Agency designation. Just 262 agencies qualified for the honor.
It was the eighth time that CCIG has won the recognition, bestowed by the Independent Insurance Agents & Brokers of America.
IIABA and Reagan Consulting, an Atlanta-based management-consulting firm, rank agencies on revenue and other financial and operational factors. IIABA launched its Best Practices program in 1993 as part of a drive to improve agency performance.
Best Practices agencies have high scores for customer service and satisfaction and are always seeking ways to be better. Also, their employees are given the education, training and tools they need to do their jobs.
Based in Greenwood Village, Colo., CCIG employs a team of 80 insurance professionals delivering a wide range of products and services to more than 10,000 companies and individuals.
