Heather Sharkey brings over 20 years of enterprise B2B sales experience to her role at CCIG, as well as proven expertise in creating sales structures to power results. In her previous executive-level role with ADP, she developed strong partnerships in the banking and financial services communities to give companies the tools to enhance their operational and human capital management processes. She is passionate about mentoring and has worked with international organizations, including Dress for Success and Girls, Inc., to promote workplace equity. She also serves on the board of Metropolitan State University of Denver’s Honors Program.
With over 25 years of insurance expertise and a deep commitment to best-in-class service, Laurie Olsen leads our Client Services team with knowledge and customer focus. As Director of Client Services, Laurie oversees training, strategic planning, and operational efficiency for client-facing teams across CCIG. She previously held roles with USI Insurance Services, CB Insurance, AssuredPartners Illinois, and more.
Richelle McCullough leverages her deep industry knowledge and a customer-forward focus to benefit CCIG and our clients. In addition to her extensive employee benefits knowledge, her background includes account management, business development, and team leadership roles. Richelle oversees CCIG’s growing Employee Benefits department and leverages her in-depth skillset to provide clients with innovative insurance solutions to support employers and their teams.
Chris Lujan’s experience managing complex claims, delivering concierge-level client service, and increasing customer satisfaction enhances CCIG’s ability to advocate for clients throughout each step of the claims process. As the Director of Claims, Chris leverages his 22-year career in insurance to lead CCIG’s efforts in claims consulting and management and loss analysis. He is also committed to supporting and empowering his team to expand their knowledge and capabilities. Chris’ previous claims management experience on the carrier side at Nationwide, AIG, and Liberty Mutual allows him to deliver comprehensive, forward-thinking solutions.
With extensive experience leading HR services for organizations comprised of more than 2,000 team members, Annie Korenjak is a passionate and effective People Champion. Her expertise and passion focus on fast-paced start-up atmospheres, employee career development, succession planning, engagement programs, and training. Before joining CCIG, she held HR leadership roles with New Belgium Brewing, Snooze, and Laramar Group. By combining her in-depth knowledge of laws and regulations with her ability to connect and lead, she is a trusted HR leader focused on making an impact and being a force for good.
Davis Snedeker brings a decade of experience in growth marketing across a broad range of industries. He has a proven track record of driving revenue growth for leading B2B companies. Davis leads marketing strategies and business development initiatives with creativity and an innovative approach. His past roles include marketing leadership and management positions at Wit Digital, INT Managed Solutions, and Woodard Company.
As the Head of Safety Consulting for CCIG’s Risk Management team, Gary Glader is a highly regarded industry expert who leverages his extensive knowledge of safety practices to ensure CCIG clients have the resources and education to protect their team and organization. With 40 years of experience creating robust strategies to keep workers safe, Gary conducts root cause analysis to prevent future incidents. Gary has experience managing safety programs across various industries, including petrochemical, technology, manufacturing, construction, transportation, and more.
With an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for helping clients craft effective employee benefits plans, Taylor Rogers emphasizes the importance of balancing and merging a company’s talent strategy with its capital strategy. By blending his background in finance and insurance, Taylor offers a comprehensive approach to creating employee benefit programs that not only retain talent but also attract top performers. With a decade of experience in insurance, Taylor has held leadership and consulting roles in employee benefits with Unum and USI Insurance Services. He was also a founding partner of Cairn Advisors, LLC.
Rich Hejny inspires companies to take a proactive approach to employee benefit plans, which ultimately helps employees succeed both physically and financially. Rich empowers organizations with the education and strategy to take control of their healthcare plan and helps his clients implement solutions that chart the course for sustainable, positive evolution.
Rich has over a decade of insurance experience, having worked for a national health insurance carrier and a third-party administrator before co-founding Cairn Advisors, LLC. Recognizing a wide gap in the traditional health insurance model, he has spent his career demonstrating that controlling healthcare costs and offering robust benefit plans don’t have to be mutually exclusive.
As a Senior Vice President, Partner in CCIG’s Private Client Group, Will Steck offers his clients in-depth industry insights and strategic guidance as they navigate their unique insurance needs. Will’s experience in competitive hockey inspired him to pursue a career in offering tailored insurance solutions to professional athletes and individuals in the sports industry. Not only does he understand the professional athlete mindset, but he also knows how to create design-build solutions to meet their complex financial planning and risk management needs. Will also supports high-net-worth clients outside the professional sports arena and is a trusted partner to financial planners, attorneys, wealth managers, and more.
As a Vice President, Client Executive with CCIG, Jeff Parent brings 25 years of insurance expertise to his role. He has worked for some of the largest insurance companies nationwide, including Brown & Brown Insurance, USI Insurance Services, and Moody Insurance Agency. With a proactive approach to risk management, he creates forward-thinking, tailored solutions for clients to ensure they are protected today and in the future.
With nearly a decade of insurance experience, Marr Mansfield brings in-depth knowledge and insight to his role as a Personal Insurance Advisor with CCIG’s Private Client Group. Marr is passionate about building strong relationships and finding tailored solutions to meet the needs of high-net-worth individuals and families. He works closely with wealth managers, family offices, and other trusted advisors to provide comprehensive advice on complex assets, including high-value homes in catastrophe-prone areas, unique collections, and more.
Laura brings over 17 years of experience in insurance, having worked for Carver & Associates Insurance Services and IMA, Inc. During her time at IMA, she maintained an $18.6 million retail real estate book of business. Her in-depth knowledge and experience allow her to create layered programs to suit complex client needs.
Kelli brings over a decade of insurance experience to her role as an Account Executive in CCIG’s Construction Practice Area. Her extensive background allows her to offer clients a comprehensive insurance and risk management approach spanning policies for property, general, professional, directors and officers, employment, cyber, and workers’ compensation. Kelli’s client-centered, collaborative approach enhances CCIG’s ability to support construction clients with the personalized expertise and insights to design custom insurance and risk management strategies.
With over 30 years of experience in insurance, including roles in underwriting, benefits management, and analytics, Scott Gardner builds highly customized, data-driven solutions for clients of all sizes in his role as the Financial and Marketing Strategist for the Employee Benefits Group. By identifying gaps in coverage and utilization trends, negotiating stronger pharmacy contracts, analyzing alternate funding tactics, and more, Scott provides clients with the financial analytics to make smart long-term benefit decisions.
