For the second consecutive year, CCIG has been named one of Business Insurance’s Best Places to Work in Insurance, recognizing the firm among employers across the industry creating workplaces where employees can thrive, grow, and contribute to their company’s success.
The recognition is especially meaningful because employee feedback plays a central role in determining the companies that make the list.
This year, 73% of CCIG employees participated in the confidential survey, giving the firm a strong representation of employee perspectives across the organization. The results reflected high levels of engagement and satisfaction, with CCIG earning a 93% Overall Engagement score and a 90% overall average across all survey categories. Together, the results reflect a workplace where employees feel connected to their roles, supported by their leaders and managers, and positive about the environment in which they work.
For CCIG, those strengths are closely connected to the way the firm serves its clients. Building strong teams and investing in relationships across the organization helps employees bring their best to the businesses and individuals who rely on CCIG every day.
Recognition Built on Employee Feedback
Best Places to Work in Insurance is an annual program presented by the Custom Publishing unit of Business Insurance and Best Companies Group. The program recognizes agents, brokers, insurance companies and other industry providers with high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
Companies are evaluated through a two-part assessment. Employers first complete a questionnaire covering company policies, practices and demographics. Employees then participate in a confidential survey measuring their engagement and satisfaction with the organization.
Earning a place on the list for the second year in a row reinforces what CCIG continues to hear from its people: culture is one of the firm’s greatest strengths.
What Comes Next
While the results are worth celebrating, they are also an opportunity to keep improving. CCIG will continue reviewing employee feedback, looking at year-over-year progress, and identifying opportunities to make the employee experience even stronger. Being a Best Place to Work is about what happens every day; how colleagues support one another, how leaders listen, how teams work together, and how people feel about the work they do.
